On-Stage • 01

Mental Health Advocates

  • Individual participation only.
  • Only 3 participants per institution is permitted.
  • The theme/topic will be announced on the spot.
  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices are not permitted throughout the event.
  • Present an original mental-health awareness/advocacy presentation related to the given theme.
  • Participants are free to express their ideas creatively; however, content must remain respectful, inclusive and appropriate for a public audience. Political, religious, discriminatory, offensive or derogatory content that may hurt or target individuals or communities is not permitted.
  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • Time limit: 3–5 minutes.
  • Participants must report at the venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled event.
On-Stage • 02

Street Play

Destigmatization of Mental Health
  • Team participation: 6–12 members
  • Only 1 team per institution is permitted.
  • Present an original street play addressing mental-health stigma and promoting awareness.
  • The performance should be socially relevant, engaging and suitable for a public audience.
  • Participants must bring their own pen drive containing the required song/music. Props and other materials must also be arranged by the participants; sharing of props/materials is not permitted. Appropriate attire must be maintained.
  • Copying or reproducing content from other participants or previously submitted performances is strictly prohibited. Entries must be original.
  • Mobile phones are not permitted during the entire event.
  • Participants are free to express their ideas creatively; however, all content must be respectful, inclusive and appropriate for a public audience. Political, religious, discriminatory, derogatory or offensive content targeting any individual or community is not permitted.
  • Total time: 15 minutes per team — 3 minutes preparation/setup + 12 minutes performance.
  • Only one team per institution is permitted.
  • Teams must report at the venue at least 20 minutes before their scheduled event.

Quiz

Indian Pioneers and Milestones in Psychology
  • 2 participants per team.
  • Only 3 teams per institution is permitted.
  • Questions will focus on Indian psychologists, pioneers, contributions and major milestones in psychology.
  • The quiz will assess knowledge and awareness of the development of psychology in India.
  • Mobile phones are not permitted throughout the entire event.
  • The event will consist of multiple rounds.
  • The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
  • Approximate duration: 120 minutes.
  • Participants must report at the venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled event.

Poster Making

  • Individual participation only.
  • Only 3 participant per institution is permitted.
  • The theme/topic will be announced on the spot.
  • Mobile phones are not permitted throughout the entire event.
  • Any form of direct copying or replication of reference material is not permitted. Participants are expected to create an original entry.
  • Strict adherence to the allotted time is required. Exceeding the prescribed time limit may result in disqualification.
  • Create an original poster reflecting mental health and lived experiences.
  • The entry should demonstrate creativity, clarity and social relevance.
  • Participants must bring their own materials. Sharing of materials will not be permitted.
  • Time limit: 120 minutes.
  • Participants must report at the venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled event.

Meme Making

Mental Health in the Digital Age
  • Individual participation only.
  • Only 3–5 participants per institution is permitted.
  • Meme content must be original and must not be copied or reproduced from existing meme pages, social media platforms or other sources.
  • Participants must submit their completed meme through the Google Form link provided by the organisers.
  • Create an original meme conveying a mental-health message through digital humour/creative expression.
  • Content should be respectful, responsible and non-stigmatizing.
  • Memes should be understandable, relevant to the theme and suitable for public display. Only English language is permitted for the meme content.
  • Time limit: 60 minutes.
  • Use of AI tools or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. Entries will be scrutinised for AI-generated content and may be disqualified if found to be AI-assisted.
  • Participants must report at the venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled event.

Voices Around Us – Audio Story

Experience Capture
  • Individual participation only.
  • Only 3–5 participants per institution is permitted.
  • A pre-recorded audio/video or verbatim story will be provided to the participants.
  • Participants will listen to a pre-recorded audio story and present their reflections based on it.
  • Writing time: 15 minutes.
  • The entry should demonstrate authenticity, sensitivity, observation and reflection.
  • Participants must report at the venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled event.

  • Questions will cover basic psychology, human behaviour, emotions, memory, learning, personality and everyday psychological concepts.
  • Questions will be based on general awareness and basic understanding of psychology.
  • The quiz will consist of multiple rounds.
  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices are not permitted during the event.
  • The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
  • Approximate duration: 90–120 minutes.
  • Participants must report at the venue 20 minutes before the scheduled event.
Off-Stage • 01

Poster Making

  • Individual participation only.
  • Maximum 3 participants per institution.
  • The specific topic/sub-theme will be announced on the spot.
  • Mobile phones are not permitted throughout the entire event.
  • Create an original poster based on the given theme.
  • Creativity, clarity, originality and relevance to the theme will be considered.
  • Direct copying or replication of images/content from reference materials is not permitted.
