It is with this vision that the Leadership Excellence Academy for Development Services (LEADS) was established at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. A centre of excellence established by Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University) to promote leadership development, organisational excellence and sustainable social transformation.
