M. Sonia Angeline Inbakumari, Ph. D I have completed my Ph.D from Vellore Institute of Technology, University, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. I have technical excellence in several Molecular biology techniques like, Plasmid DNA isolation, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, Spectrophotometry, Polymerase chain reaction, SDS- PAGE, Western blotting, Immunohistochemistry and Chromatographic methods etc. The topic for my Ph.D is “Effect of Molecular Chaperones, E3 ligases and Biomolecules on rotenone induced Parkinson’s disease model”, it involves molecular biology and protein expression related techniques. My goal is to work in the various aspects of Biotechnology, especially in the field of neuroscience, to come up with new approaches in the field that will be of help to the mankind.
