End Semester Examination Fee
The First End Semester Examinations (For Practical and Theory Courses) will be held during October/November/December 2023. Students are hereby informed to prepare well for the examination. The examination fee should be paid on or before the dates mentioned below. Details and general guidelines for the examination fee payment is available on the college website.
- Without a late fee : Till 10th October 2023
- With a late fee of Rs. 200/- : Till 17th October 2023
- With a late fee of Rs. 500/- : Till 25th October 2023
Note: Students are requested to have their certificates relating to the verification of admission approval available in soft copy format (scanned copies in the pdf format), each certificate renamed with the file name format specified below, before paying the examination fee. The date for submitting the certificates in hard copies and online will be announced shortly.
File Name Format: ROLLNO_Certificate Name: e.g. 23ACP123_X, 23ACP123_XII, etc.
EACH PDF document to be uploaded should not exceed 150KB

1 10th Std/SSLC Marks Card
2 12thStd/HSC/Equivalent Marks Card
3 UG all Semester Marks Card
(Students whose marks cards are not yet issued by the University/college should submit an attested copy of the results sheet. Once the marks card is released from the Board it should be submitted to the college office immediately)
4 Consolidated Marks card (if available)
5 Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate
6 Transfer Certificate
7 Conduct Certificate
8 Migration Certificate (for students other than Bangalore University / Bengaluru City University/ Bengaluru North University)
9 Aadhaar Card (Applicable for Indian National)
10 Parents’ Income Certificate (if available)
11 Caste Certificate (If applicable)
12 Letter from the Parish Priest (Applicable for Catholic students)
13 AIU Equivalency Certificate (Applicable for students who appeared for qualifying examination in a curriculum other than the Indian Educational Curriculum)
14 Three passport size photos
- The photograph should be with white background
- Signature should be on the white background
- Scanned copies of the certificates should be of the original certificates in the landscape orientation (Originals with 3 sets of photocopies and soft copies should be available in your Google drive)
Payment of the examination fee is not a guarantee that students will be allowed to appear for the examination.
A student will be allowed to appear for the examination if and only if:
• The student has the required attendance for each course at the end of the semester.
• The principal/management is satisfied with the discipline of the student.
Payment Mode: Online | Students are requested to login to TCS self-service portal to proceed with payment of the fee (https://www.tcsion.com/SelfServices/).
** Use internet banking or debit/credit cards for fee payment. Transactions through UPI system may lead to failure/errors.
If the fee payment is not updated on ERP Solutions (TCSion) after remittance, students should report to Counter No. 4 (Office, Admin Block, Ground Floor) the following day of the transaction to verify the transaction status with valid fee transfer acknowledgments.
The examination fee once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted.

End Semester Supplementary Examination Fee
Students who have failed in any of the courses in the I/III and V Semester can apply for supplementary examination by sending an email request to supplementaryexam@kristujayanti.com
2 days prior to the due dates mentioned above. The mail content should include Student Name, Reg. No., Semester, Course Code, Course Title and Contact No. Details of the examination fee are displayed on the college website.
