LLM Constitutional and Administrative Law

The LL.M. Programme with specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law has been developed to offer an in-depth and advanced study of constitutional and administrative principles. The programme aims to provide students with a focused understanding of constitutional philosophy, human rights, and public administration. Students will gain deeper insight into the core areas such as constitutional interpretation, judicial review, and emerging issues of governance. The programme is designed to further provide students the analytical skills necessary to understand and apply constitutional provisions and administrative guidelines within different socio-political environment. Eligibility
Candidates must possess an Undergraduate degree LL.B. (5 or 3 year programme) from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, are eligible.

Candidates appearing in their final year of LL.B. are also eligible to apply provisionally, provided they should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations thus far.
