Join Us: We invite all ambitious college students who aspire to excel in competitive examinations to be part of our Centre for Competitive Examinations Training. Together, we will embark on a transformative journey that will not only shape your academic success but also pave the way for your leadership in a competitive world.
Policy & Guidelines: Establishing clear policies and guidelines for a Centre for Competitive Examination Training is essential to ensure smooth operations, maintain a positive learning environment, and provide a consistent experience for students, staff, and stakeholders. Here are some key policies and guidelines to consider: -
1. UPSC Prelims Coaching: Students will be given orientation for the coaching classes conducted. The interest form will be circulated to collect the interest of the students. The interested students will be asked to attend detail orientation on the conduct of coaching classes. Following that the registration process will start with payment of required fees. Continuous evaluation and mentoring will be done.
2. UPSC Mains Coaching: The topics specific to CSE-Mains exam will be identified by the team members. The topics will be allocated to all the team members. The classes will be conducted for students who are enrolled for UPSC Prelims coaching. Continuous evaluation and mentoring will be done.
3. Aptitude for Competitive Examination: The common aptitude syllabus for competitive examinations such as CAT, MAT, Bank PO, etc. will be framed by the team members. The circular about the course will be circulated to all UG, PG and law students. The interested students will be asked to pay a nominal fee for the course. The classes will be scheduled 30 sessions of 1.5 hours each. Continuous evaluation and mentoring will be done.
4. Poster with details of competitive examinations: Posters containing details of active competitive examinations will be created bi-monthly by a team of teachers. The same will be displayed to the students through digital board and Centre’s website page.
5. Assistance and mentoring to apply and appear for competitive examinations: The students who are interested to apply for various competitive examinations will be guided by the team members. They also will be guided on how to download admit cards and check results. The students will be guided for the preparation for the competitive exams.
6. Coaching for Competitive exams through Funding: A team of teachers will be identifying funding agencies for funding conduct of coaching classes to the needy aspirants. Once funding is approved, the aspirants will be selected through screening test. The selected aspirants will be given the complete coaching, continuous monitoring and mentoring for the competitive exams.
7. Motivation session by Civil Servants: The motivation session for once in two months will be organized in order to motivate the aspirants of competitive examinations. The guest will be generally civil servants.
8. Documentation: The in-charges of documentation will be documenting all the activities’ reports in the required format. The same will be sent to IQAC every month.
