Data Analytics Boot Comp - Kick Start: Your Journey into Data Analytics

The Department of Computer Applications, School of Computational and Physical Sciences, Kristu Jayanti University, organized a Data Analytics Boot Camp titled "Kick Start: Your Journey into Data Analytics" for the I BCA Analytics students with the objective of introducing them to the emerging trends and career opportunities in AI-driven data analytics. The session was led by Dr. Aadi Puttaswamy T, Founder and CEO, iTech Analytics Solutions, and Ms. Shrividya M, Business Unit Head, iTech Analytics Solutions. The resource persons delivered an insightful talk on AI-Powered Data Analytics and Reporting, explaining how Artificial Intelligence has become an integral part of data analysis and decision-making across diverse sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, manufacturing, and education. They highlighted the role of AI in automating data processing, generating meaningful insights, and enhancing business intelligence through advanced reporting techniques. The speakers also introduced students to various AI-enabled analytics tools and platforms widely used in the industry and emphasized the importance of acquiring practical skills alongside academic knowledge. They discussed current industry expectations, emerging job roles, and career pathways in the field of data analytics, motivating students to continuously upskill themselves to remain competitive in the evolving digital landscape. The interactive session provided students with valuable exposure to real-world applications of AI in analytics and encouraged them to explore innovative technologies that will support their academic learning and future professional growth.

TRAJECTIX, the inauguration of its Analytics Club

The Department of Computer Science (UG), Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), under the School of Computational and Physical Sciences, is organizing TRAJECTIX, the inauguration of its Analytics Club, along with an expert talk titled “Demystifying Analytics: From Basics to Industry Applications.” This event aims to introduce students to the fundamentals of analytics and its real-world applications in a simple and practical manner.

The session will be delivered by Mr. Jagdish Nasit, Portfolio Engineering Lead at EY, who will share valuable industry insights, current trends, and the importance of data-driven decision-making. Students will gain an understanding of how analytics is used by organizations to solve problems and improve performance, along with the career opportunities available in this field.

TRAJECTIX aims to create a platform for students to explore analytics through workshops, seminars, and interactive activities, helping them build industry-relevant skills beyond the classroom.

The event is scheduled on Monday, 16 March 2026, at 10:00 AM in the M2 Auditorium, 2nd Floor. All students of Analytics and Data Science are encouraged to attend and benefit from this informative session.
