The Centre for Employability and Corporate Relations (CECR) serves as the driving force behind the placement and career development initiatives at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University). As the central hub for all placement activities, CECR bridges the gap between academia and industry, empowering students to transform their potential into professional excellence.

The Talent Transformation Team under CECR focuses on nurturing essential employability skills through a structured and holistic approach. A series of training programs, workshops, and seminars are conducted regularly to enhance students’ competencies in areas such as resume building, interview preparation, communication, aptitude, problem-solving, leadership, and domain-specific skills. These initiatives ensure that every student is well-prepared to meet industry expectations with confidence and competence.

Beyond training, CECR actively facilitates part-time and full-time internships with reputed organizations, providing students with invaluable industry exposure and practical learning experiences. These internships help students translate academic learning into real-world application, build strong professional networks, and gain a competitive edge in their respective fields.
