Objectives

The Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Forum (JAEF) is dedicated to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Kristu Jayanti University by fostering meaningful engagement between alumni entrepreneurs, students, academia, and industry. The Forum aims to achieve the following objectives:

Establish a Dynamic Alumni Entrepreneur Network: Create a structured and sustainable platform that connects Jayantian alumni entrepreneurs with the University, enabling lifelong engagement, professional networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

Promote Entrepreneurial Excellence: Organize the Jayantian Alumni Entrepreneurs Meet, annual conclaves, expert talks, panel discussions, networking sessions, and leadership interactions that inspire entrepreneurial thinking and facilitate the sharing of real-world business experiences.

Mentor and Empower Future Entrepreneurs: Provide continuous mentoring, coaching, and guidance to aspiring student entrepreneurs through interactions with accomplished alumni, industry experts, startup founders, and business leaders, enabling them to transform innovative ideas into successful enterprises.

Strengthen Industry–Academia Collaboration: Facilitate strategic partnerships between the University, alumni entrepreneurs, industries, startups, incubators, and innovation hubs to promote experiential learning, collaborative projects, internships, industrial visits, research, and entrepreneurial development.

Support Startup Development and Innovation: Encourage innovation, business incubation, startup creation, and investment opportunities by connecting students with entrepreneurial resources, funding agencies, mentors, and industry networks.

Enhance Entrepreneurial Competencies: Organize workshops, business development programmes, skill enhancement initiatives, and capacity-building activities that equip students with competencies in leadership, business planning, financial management, digital entrepreneurship, innovation, and enterprise management.

Foster Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Build a collaborative ecosystem where alumni entrepreneurs, faculty members, researchers, and students exchange ideas, best practices, technological advancements, and business insights to create sustainable entrepreneurial ventures.

Recognize Entrepreneurial Achievements: Celebrate and honour the outstanding accomplishments of Jayantian alumni entrepreneurs through awards, recognition programmes, and success-story showcases, inspiring future generations to pursue entrepreneurial excellence.

Promote Ethical and Sustainable Entrepreneurship: Encourage responsible business practices, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable innovation that contribute to economic development, environmental stewardship, and societal well-being.

Build a Lifelong Entrepreneurial Community: Strengthen the relationship between the University and its entrepreneurial alumni by creating opportunities for continued engagement, collaboration, mentorship, and institutional development, thereby fostering a vibrant and self-sustaining entrepreneurial community.
