Mr. Don McAvinchey
American Gandhi
As part of interaction with global leaders and visionaries, Mr.Don McAvinchey, The American Gandhi, visited the campus to interact with students on 8th August, 2013. The visit by Mr.Don enlightened students on need for adopting Gandhian principles and philosophy in current times.
He spoke about his experiences of following the Gandhi philosophy for a decade and the results of experimenting with Gandhi principles.
Hu advised and urged the young generation to follow the principles of Gandhi i.e. non-violence, truth and simplicity for building a peaceful and harmonious world ahead.
He later inaugurated the various clubs and associations and hounored the oath taking student representatives of various clubs and associations with a badge each.
