The five-year integrated Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws B.B.A. LL.B.(H) programme at School of Law, Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University, Bengaluru is a comprehensive academic programme in business administration and law. This academically rigorous programme is designed to cultivate managerial expertise alongside advanced legal proficiency, reflecting the institution's vision to multidisciplinary and integrated education. It prepares students for a wide range of professional trajectories, including litigation, academia, entrepreneurship, corporate law, civil services, international legal practice, alternative dispute resolution. The curriculum is aligned with the guidelines provided by the Bar Council of India.
The curriculum integrates diverse and contemporary laws courses with foundational and advanced business administration subjects, enabling students to acquire interdisciplinary expertise. In addition to core legal courses, the program includes subjects such as Business Environment, Financial Accounting, Principles and Practice of Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management and International Business.
The programme places significant emphasis on professional ethics, social responsibility and the development of competencies essential for a successful legal career. Training in research and analytical reasoning, problem-solving, legal drafting and public affairs comprehension is an integral part of the programme. Eligibility
Candidates who have completed Higher Secondary (10+2 / PUC) or Equivalent with an aggregate of 40% or an equivalent CGPA are eligible.
