Industrial Visit to the Titan Watches Division, Hosur

The School of Law organized an Industrial Visit to the Titan Watches Division, Hosur, for the II Semester B.Com LL.B students on 31st January 2026 as part of experiential learning under the academic curriculum. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to large-scale manufacturing operations, corporate functioning, quality management systems, and industrial compliance practices. During the visit, students were given a comprehensive overview of the watch manufacturing process, including component fabrication, movement assembly, dial and case fitting, precision calibration, and final quality testing. The officials explained the importance of lean manufacturing techniques, automation, time management systems, and stringent quality control measures adopted to maintain global standards. Students were also introduced to supply chain management practices, branding strategies, export operations, and workplace safety protocols. The interaction with industry professionals enabled students to understand the practical implications of corporate compliance, labour welfare measures, intellectual property protection, and ethical business practices.
