As a part of the industrial visit programme, students Kristu Jayanti Institute of Technology (KJIT)- III Semester MCA B Section, visited Elmeasure India Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, on 25-08-2026. This visit was coordinated by Dr. S. Satheesh Kumar and Dr. R. Shankar. The visit provided the students with an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to industrial operations and understand the application of theoretical concepts in a real-world working environment. During the visit, the students were introduced to the company's activities, organizational structure, and various processes involved in the development and production of its products and solutions.

The industrial experts interacted with the students and explained the different technologies, equipment, and procedures followed in the organization. The students gained valuable insights into industry standards, professional practices, quality control, and technological advancements. The visit was highly informative and beneficial, helping students understand the expectations and requirements of the industrial sector while bridging the gap between academic learning and practical application. Overall, the industrial visit to Elmeasure India Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, was a valuable learning experience for the students of III Semester MCA B Section.


Industrial Visit for III MCA ‘A’ Students

The Kristu Jayanti Institute of Technology (KJIT), organized an Industrial Visit for III MCA ‘A’ Students on 21st August 2026 to Raman Research Institute, Bengaluru as a part of Research Day. The visit demonstrated how different fields of technology and science work together to solve complex problems. The visit also helped to understand the true meaning of research. Research begins with curiosity, observation and questioning, followed by experimentation, analysis and the development of new knowledge. The scientific journey of C. V. Raman and the technological developments displayed in the Archive Gallery motivated to think beyond the regular academic studies and develop a more research-oriented mindset. Overall, the visit to the Raman Research Institute was an informative, inspiring and valuable academic experience. The museum helped to connect with India's scientific heritage, while the Archive Gallery showed the evolution of research and modern space-related technologies. The visit encouraged us to appreciate the importance of innovation and motivated our MCA students to explore how computing and technology can contribute to future research and scientific advancements.


Industriaol Visit to Software Technology Parks of India – Centre of Excellence in Efficiency Augmentation, Jayanagar, Bengaluru

On 25/03/2026, 54 students of II M.Sc. Computer Science visited Software Technology Parks of India – Centre of Excellence in Efficiency Augmentation, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, for an insightful industrial exposure. The visit provided a clear understanding of the startup ecosystem, digital transformation practices, and the operational framework of a premier incubation centre. Students gained valuable insights into emerging technologies, industry collaboration, and entrepreneurial opportunities through expert interactions. The visit was guided by Dr. Vimala Roselin J and Dr. Karthik S, making it a meaningful and enriching learning experience.
