After the successful completion of the programme students will be able to:

- PSO1: Demonstrate understanding of historical economic events, structural changes, public policy transformations in current national and global development.
- PSO2: Apply economic theories and conceptual frameworks to critically examine problems in microeconomics, macroeconomics, international trade, public expenditure, taxation, and centre-state fiscal relations.
- PSO3: Exhibit proficiency in statistics and econometrics for financial planning, public & private accounting, banking, financial inclusion, policy making and evaluation.
- PSO4: Formulate strategies based on systematic research in economics using quantitative and qualitative tools.
(For BSc Economics)
