Retrace : An Alumni Interaction on Navigating Career Paths

The Department of Management, Kristu Jayanti University, organized an insightful session on “Retrace: An Alumni Interaction on Navigating Career Paths.” A total of 272 students enthusiastically participated in the event, which was conducted exclusively for BBA students. The session was led by our esteemed alumna, Mr. Manish Sasidharan, Manager at a reputed MNC in Bangalore.The lecture aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications, providing students with valuable exposure to practical career insights. The session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging in discussions and posing thoughtful questions. It enabled participants to gain a deeper understanding of career opportunities, industry expectations, and essential professional skills.

Mr. Manish also shared his personal career journey, emphasizing the importance of adaptability, continuous learning, and effective communication in the corporate world. The session motivated students to set clear career goals and prepare strategically for future challenges.
