Adding to this distinction, the department was conferred the PRCI Chanakya Award for Best Communication School in 2020—testimony to our continued leadership in media education. Building on this strong record, the Department of Media Studies was again recognised at the national level with the Chanakya Award for Best Education Campaigns and Projects during the PRCI Global Communication Conclave held in Goa on September 26, 2025.

In our vibrant academic and production spaces, media learning transcends conventional boundaries. Students are immersed in environments where they don’t just study—they create, collaborate, and lead. They are empowered to become innovative storytellers, critical thinkers, and media change-makers.
