The Department of English at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University) offers both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in Language and Literary studies in English, Comparative and Cultural studies. The Department explores literary trajectories in English Studies with tangential focus on interdisciplinary approaches. The trail of courses offered at the Department of English are ‘skills-based’ and ‘value–addition’ based. The academic trajectory that the Department of English marks changes annually, the motto@2025 being “Vitam Redit” (Life Returns), suggestively intersectional and interdisciplinary in its approach to English Studies.
