About
KJU Quiz Club is an academic and extracurricular group where students gather to enhance their knowledge through quizzes, discussions, and competitions. The main aim of the club is to encourage curiosity, improve general awareness, and develop quick thinking and teamwork skills among members.
The club organizes regular quiz sessions covering various topics such as science, history, geography, literature, current affairs, sports, and technology. These activities help members stay updated with world events and expand their understanding beyond textbooks. KJU Quiz club conducts intra college and inter-college quiz competitions. Participation in a Quiz helps students improve their memory, analytical thinking, confidence, and public speaking skills. It also creates a platform for students who are passionate about learning and exploring new ideas.

The mission of the KJU Quiz Club is to promote a culture of learning and curiosity among students. The club aims to enhance members’ general knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through regular quiz activities and competitions.
It strives to provide an engaging platform where students can explore different subjects such as science, history, sports, cinema related, literature, and current affairs. The club also works to develop confidence, teamwork, and communication skills among participants.

- 4. The best team will be sent to inter Collegiate Quiz Competitions organized by different Colleges/Universities across India.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF FACULTY COORDINATORS
- Faculty Member Coordinators must encourage participation of students for both internal and external Quiz Competitions.
- Faculty Member Coordinators have to circulate both Intra and Inter Collegiate Quiz Competition information among students through mail and WhatsApp Groups.
- Faculty Member Coordinators have to coordinate the registration process of both internal and external quiz competitions
- Faculty Member Coordinators have to Collect the Reports of the Quiz Event and should ensure whether the reports are as per the norms of IQAC
- Faculty Member Coordinators have to ensure participation of students from different departments
- Faculty Member Coordinators have to prepare and circulate Certificates of events to the students
- Faculty Member Coordinators have to prepare department specific database of talented quiz teams for both external and internal events.
- Faculty Member Coordinators have to prepare brochure, Google form for registration, Quiz Questions.
- Faculty Member Coordinators must ensure that KJC Quiz Club Logo must be used by the departments while conducting Quiz

The Tech Arena
Date: 22 January 2026
The competition consisted of two rounds. The first round was a pen-and-paper round, designed to test participants’ fundamental knowledge and analytical skills. Based on the scores of this round, 17 teams were shortlisted for the final round, which was a rapid-fire round that focused on quick thinking and technical awareness.
A total of approximately 180 participants took part in the event, with 60 teams registered overall. The competitive spirit and excitement among the participants made the event engaging and successful.
The event was formally inaugurated by Dr. Kaleselvi K. Ma’am, whose presence and encouragement motivated both participants and organizers
Prashna Vyuha
Date: 28 October 2025
Prashna Vyuha , A General Quiz competition organized by the KJU Quiz Club to inculcate the Interest towards current affairs and a culture of quizzing among students. The Quiz Club, although a relatively quieter club in the college, has always been upfront and active in organizing engaging quiz competitions to let the students test their knowledge about various topics. The Club provides a platform for the students to become aware about the world around them, and use that knowledge to win the various contests that are held by us and others. The quiz also aims at bringing the best talent among the students and developing knowledge about all fields. The competition had prelims conducted on 28th October 2025. The Prelims were an individual round, around 124 students had participated in the competition.
Travel Tale Trivia’25

The Department of Professional Management Studies, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Kristu Jayanti University, celebrated World Tourism Day’25 with an engaging event titled “Travel Tale Trivia’25” an Intra-University Quiz Competition on the theme “Tourism and Sustainable Transformation” organized by the Quiz Club.
Held on 24th September 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in A2 Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Admin Block, the program brought together under graduate students to showcase their knowledge about the Tourism industry. It was special comparing to any other event because it was a game of knowledge. Kristhu Jayanti Quiz Club is a platform where students can exhibit their quiz talents. It was to enhance the thinking pattern and outlook of the students towards everything and and also to help the students to crack competitive exams and interviews.
Aleph 2025 - Quiz Competition
Date: 23 September 2025
The Quiz Club organised a quiz competition titled Aleph 2025 on 23 September 2025 at the A2 Auditorium. The event, held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., drew enthusiastic participation from students. A total of 11 teams, each comprising two members, competed in the prelims, out of which the top scorers advanced to the finals. The quiz featured a range of rounds that tested literary knowledge, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. The event created a lively atmosphere of learning and engagement, showcasing the students’ intellectual curiosity and teamwork.
Aleph 2025 - Quiz Competition
Date: 25 to 29 August 2025
KJU Quiz Club, organized a Logo Design Competition 25-29 August 2025, which was open to all undergraduate, postgraduate, and LLB students. The competition garnered an impressive response, with 52 creative entries submitted by students across various programmes. The entries were evaluated by Mr. Sivaprasad V, Assistant Professor, Department of Professional Management Studies, who provided valuable feedback during the assessment process. He couldn’t find the right logo according to the prescription given.
